Shamanism - Take a trip around the Medicine Wheel, in this yearlong class, that meets 3 times
quarterly. Each direction has lessons to teach, and personal healing for us. You will be guided
into learning the wisdom and compassion that has been in the world for over 100,000 years.
You will be healing yourselves from not only this life but past lives. As you heal you will be able
to help your family, friends, and clients.
You will learn new techniques: Journeying, and how to use these journeys to reach out for
connections to the universe, Mother Earth, working with ancestors, and the invisible realms,
and co-creating a new destiny for yourself.
You will be building a Mesa, while working with various tools drums, rattles, crystals, feathers,
plants, etc. You will also learn about the importance of ceremony in our lives.
Cost of class is $400.00 per quarter, total $1,600.00. You can pay as you go. Class being held in
Waterford.

Soul Cottage – Time for self-care. Journey to your Soul Cottage. Imagine having a place to
journey where you can have tea with your ancestors, or sit and just allow yourself some respite.
Soul houses are a way to open our minds, heart and souls to personal healing.
Prerequisite: Ability to journey.
Cost is $75.00. Class being held in Waterford.

Shadows, Personalities, Inner Child & Adolescent Understanding -This is a course intended for
people who are already on the path of Spiritual healing and looking for additional techniques to
help understand, accept, and transform unwanted, unexplained behaviors and/or emotions
that result from human experiences.
The course is designed on helping to understand these aspects within all of us by observing
them from a shamanic perspective, which will help us shed what no longer serves us. You will
start to acknowledge and accept them, and explore ways to transform them into helpful
energies.
Prerequisite: Ability to journey.

March 5 and 26, 2023 – 12:00pm to 5:00pm

Munay-Ki Rites - are the Andean Shamanic Rites of passage on your spiritual path. These rites
are energetic transmissions shared from one carrier to the next. Lauren is honored to be a
carrier of these rites and this medicine of the Andes and would love to pass them on to those
who feel called to receive them.
Each rite helps you connect more to your power and different aspects of yourself, your physical
body, your ancestral lineage, and your spiritual self. There are 10 rites in total, these initiatory
rites empower us to step up to the task of assuming stewardship for the Earth, our power, and
all creation.
Once you have received all 10 rites, it is asked that you pass them on to others. During this 2-
day class, Lauren will pass these rites on to you and teach you how to pass them on to others.
Through the passage of these rites, we can witness the shifts in consciousness of the collective.
Remember, we are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
Cost of the class is $150.00 and is being held in Detroit.

Holy Fire® Reiki I & II – Are you wanting to bring more peace, calmness, and understanding to
your everyday life? Are you feeling that you need a deeper understanding of yourself and the
world?
Reiki teaches you a healing system that you can use for yourself, family, friends, animals, and
plants. As you grow, you see and feel things from a different level. Whether energy healing is
done to someone right next to you, or from distance healing, everything benefits.
Learning how to incorporate Reiki into your life can help you begin a powerful journey for
yourself and others. It creates building blocks that can be applied to all walks of life.
Reiki is an alternative therapy that is spiritual but not religious. Learning the techniques will
allow you to connect to the universal energies to relieve stress, pain, uncertainties and works
with unwanted patterns. Reiki helps bring back clarity, new purpose/goals, harmony, and aligns
your energy to the energy field, to allow your body to heal.
Animal Reiki is included in this class.
Cost of class is $350.00. The class is being held in Waterford.
